Adopt Pinky from Hearts & Bones and Start Her On Fresh Food for Free

If you adopt Pinky from Hearts & Bones Rescue no later than June 1, 2025, you can get a free first box of food—and a $350 credit toward your new pup’s fresh-food plan. Once you have applied to adopt Pinky and have been approved by Hearts & Bones, they will send you specific information on how to redeem the free trial and $350 credit.

Offer: If you adopt Pinky from Hearts & Bones between April 12 and June 1, 2025, you can receive a free first box (new customers only) and a $350 credit toward a fresh-food subscription. Current customers of The Farmer’s Dog can receive the $350 credit, but are ineligible for a free box.  

To Redeem: Upon adoption of one of the puppies listed below, Hearts & Bones will provide a unique URL to redeem the offer. Offer limited to one offer per customer.

Subscription can be canceled, paused, or rescheduled anytime.  Existing customers may redeem offer to receive credit, but not free box. Limit one per household.
